The apartment is in the Southwest of Gran Canaria, in Playa del Cura, in the exclusive, quiet complex of Monseñor Apartments.
It is close to the ocean and several facilities.
The apartment has a bedroom with a large (180×200) double bed, a kitchen-longue area with a sofa bed, a bathroom, and a large terrace with excellent ocean and mountain views. The kitchen is well equipped. Working desk and smart TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, washing machine, coffee machine, microwave oven.
The sandy beach of Playa del Cura is 4 minutes’ walk from the apartment with a descent. The neighbouring beach of Tauro is also accessible by foot, and also is connected with the beach of Amadores through a pathway. The natural beaches of Playa de los Frailes or Playa del Medio Almud are also very nearby.
In the complex you can find 5 (heated) swimming pools, one of them with water slide, 2 restaurants, 2 bars, a small grocery shop, tennis court and several rest areas.
Supermarket, pharmacy, etc., and a variety of restaurants are in a 2 minutes’ walking distance.
Bus stop can be reached by a 2-minute walk, with frequent connections to the nearby towns of Puerto Rico, Arguineguín, or Puerto de Mogán, also direct lines to the Airport, Maspalomas or Las Palmas. Free parking places in front of the complex.
